Celtic skipper Scott Brown has ruled out a move back to Hibernian in the summer and has admitted that he wants to retire at Celtic.
Brown started his career at Hibs before moving to Celtic in a £4.4 million transfer ten years ago.
Rewarded with a testimonial this year, Brown said: “People always ask me if I’ll go back to Hibs one day. I don’t see it. I enjoy being at Celtic, I couldn’t think of any other place to be just now.”
The former Scotland skipper also expects to play on for a few more years yet before retiring.
He added: “Peter [Lawwell] has been fantastic with me, the managers have been fantastic and to give something back whether it’s coaching or helping out the kids, it means a lot for me to still be here after 10 years. Hopefully I can push it for a few more.”
