Eamonn Brophy signs new Kilmarnock deal until 2021

Eamonn Brophy has signed a new deal with Kilmarnock to remain at the Ayrshire club until 2021, the fourth player this week to extend their stay.

The trio of Rory McKenzie, Alan Power and Greg Kiltie all signed new deals with Kilmarnock until 2020.

Kilmarnock boss Steve Clarke, said: “I am delighted all the boys are signing new contracts. It was important for me that we started to tie them down as early as we could.

“Fortunately all of them seemed to be happy to come to an agreement with the club.”

Brophy who signed a three year deal with Killie in August from fellow Premiership side Hamilton Accies has scored eight times in 24 games for Clarke’s side.

Killie have been a revelation under Clarke since he was appointed in October with the club securing a top six spot, with the former Chelsea coach a candidate for Manager of the Year.
